Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Fulfillment and dispatch are managed by Tradelle Fulfillment.


International Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • Standard delivery times: 6–14 business days, depending on destination.

  • During peak seasons or due to customs delays, delivery may take longer.

  • Orders may ship in separate packages depending on warehouse stock availability.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and method selected.

  • Some promotions may include free international shipping.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal to pay customs duties may result in your package being returned or destroyed; we cannot issue refunds in such cases.


Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are provided directly from Tradelle’s partner carriers.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order is lost in transit (no tracking movement for 30+ days) or arrives damaged/incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work with Tradelle to arrange a replacement or refund.


Returns & Exchanges

  • All fulfillment orders are generally final sale.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipment costs may apply.
