Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and method selected.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay customs duties may result in your package being returned or destroyed; we cannot issue refunds in such cases.
Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly from Tradelle’s partner carriers.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order is lost in transit (no tracking movement for 30+ days) or arrives damaged/incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work with Tradelle to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges

All fulfillment orders are generally final sale.

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
