📦 Return & Refund Policy – Plush Pause

At Plush Pause, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

• Certain items (personal care, intimate goods, or clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@plushpause.com.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
